RANNÍS will be holding open consultation hours at Drift EA on September 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (in Káetan).
The consultations are intended for those preparing applications to the Technology Development Fund and applications for reimbursement of R&D costs.
The Technology Development Fund supports development work and research in technology development aimed at fostering innovation in Icelandic business. It operates under the Minister of Culture, Innovation and Higher Education. The fund offers four types of business grants:
Seed/Development Seed
Start-up
Growth
Market Grant. Each grant is tailored to a different stage of development for projects and businesses.
Patent grants and grants for applied research projects at universities and research institutions (often in collaboration with businesses) are also available.
